Below are solutions to the most common problems encountered while playing back lectures. If the problem you are encountering is not listed, or the given solution does not resolve the problem then please contact caete@colorado.edu.

Problem: The recordings are not appearing within 24 hours after the class has ended.

Solution: Press the refresh button on your browser.

Problem: There is an echo in some or all of the recordings when you watch them.

Solution: This issue occurs in rare circumstances with Firefox on Windows. The easiest fix is to use Internet Explorer instead.

Problem: Some or all recordings skip or stutter during playback.

Solution: Install Windows Media Player 11 and Silverlight 4. Please ensure the Minimum Requirements are met.

Problem: Instructor video is missing.

Solution: If you are using Mac OSX, then install Silverlight 4.

Problem: An error about DRM is preventing the playback of a downloaded Tegrity lecture.

Solution: This error occurs in rare circumstances with Internet Explorer. As a workaround, try using Firefox instead.
